If you are free on Sunday Morning you might consider doing a 5K "walk 4 families" for new Ronald McDonald House at the National Childrens Hospital Crumlin. 

Walk along clonmels Greenway starting at the presentation convent bridge at 11am.   

There are many people in our club who have been in the need of a visit to Crumlin hospital, so this is a charity very deserving of the clubs support.
