We face Clerihan in Junior B Football, in what was a must win game for us, to be in with a chance of reaching a South Semi Final.

We competed well in the first half, Clerihan opened a 3 point lead before Alec Owens opened the score for Rovers. Philip Ryan & Owen Fogarty added a point each to put the sides level. Clerihan scored 1-1, but again Philip Ryan & Owen Fogarty converted 2 points to go in a the break only 2 points down. Half time score Moyle Rovers 0-6 Clerihan 1-5. Unfortunately the second half was very much a one sided affair with an enslaught of goals from Clerihan. Sean Hackett did manage to score a goal in the closing minutes of the second half. Final score Moyle Rovers 1-6 Clerihan 4-12.
