Our Intermediate Football took on Moyne Templetuohy in the final round of the County Championship, we needed to get a win from the game
It took 3 minutes to get the first score despite a few opportunities for both sides. Riain Quigley opened with a point from play, Luke Delahunty added a second point. Moyne Templetuohy scored their first score 5 minutes into the game. Luke Delahunty scored again from play, while Moyne replied with a point from a free. As it transpired goal were the name of the game in the second half. Riain Quigley open with a point, Jack Lonergan quickly followed up with our first goal. Moyne replied with a point but Riain Quigley was next to add a goal to our tally. Moyne kicked 2 points from play and in the 14th minute converted a penalty to put just 2 point between the sides. Declan Browne responded in great fashion with 2 goals. Moyne Kicked a point from play, While Declan Browne again stepped up to reply with 2 points.
